How to return?

From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your item. Go to our return center, and and fill out the return form. If you do not have an account, please contact our Delavin customer support team via email at service@delavinhome.com.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. And for return, we will provide return shipping label at our cost and you must send out the return to us no more than 3 business days.

Once you report a damage, we need photos of the damage as evidence. In order to apply for a refund or replacement, you are obliged to send us photos of the damaged packaging and product. Please make sure that the photos are clear and in focus. If the photos provided by you are not sufficient, we have the right to request new or additional photos from you.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Returned products must be in resalable condition. Items that have been altered or modified in any way are not eligible for returns.

For remorse reason, you are responsible for return shipping cost, the insurance for the item and a 15% restocking fee.

You can return the item back through any courier service of your choice. And after the approval of return, please send out the return to us within 3 business days. Ensure, however, that the carrier provides both the tracking number as well as insurance.

If you decide to return the item, we need photos showing it’s complete as following:

You must send us photos of the original packaging without any damage.

You must send us photos of the shower door glass, especially the four edges of the glass. Please make sure it’s in perfect condition and without any breakage.

You must send us photos of the accessories kit, and all required parts are included.

Please make sure that the photos are clear and in focus. If the photos provided by you are not sufficient, we have the right to request new or additional photos from you. Once we make sure the item is intact, we will approve the return within 48 hours.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please upload a photo to show that the return item is intact with its original packaging and tags. You can upload the photos after you fill in your order number and email address at Return Center:
